Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once work has started.
• If cancelled, your plan remains active until the billing period ends.
• No refunds for tasks already completed.

2. Project-Based Work
• Full refund is available only if no work has begun.
• Once initial work, research, or drafts are shared, refunds are not possible.

3. Billing Corrections
If any accidental double-charge or billing error occurs, we will correct it within 7 business days.

4. Disputes
Clients are encouraged to email billing@weaweb.com for support.
We respond within 48 hours.
